FIELD: technological processes.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal working by pressure and may be used in different fields of machine building in manufacturing of connection parts of welded pipelines. In process of hydraulic moulding the tight joint between a settling puncheon and a pipe stock is provided by means of a concentric pipe element made by mechanical treatment. The concentric process pipe element is connected to the pipe stock by welding and is swaged with tight fit along the internal surface by an axial puncheon in process of hydraulic moulding.EFFECT: invention provides for elimination of pipe stock end warp.2 dwg
