<p>The present invention comprises an array substrate including; a semiconductor substrate having first and second sides which are faced mutually; and a light receiving element formed on the first side of the semiconductor substrate. The present invention comprises; a fluorescent substance layer having third and fourth sides which are faced mutually; and a fluorescent substance panel which is combined to the array substrate to be opposite to the first side of the semiconductor substrate. The thickness of the semiconductor substrate is 10 um - 150 um. The array substrate and the fluorescent substance panel provide a detector having a flexible property.</p> |
