<p>Disclosed are a sulfide solid electrolyte containing a sulfide precipitate obtained by mixing at least Li_2S and P_2S_5 among an organic solvent which contains a tetrahydrofuran-based compound substituted into a hydrocarbon group of 1 to 6 carbon atoms or a hydrocarbon group including an ether group of 1 to 6 carbon atoms, or an ether compound of 1 to 7 carbon atoms; and a preparation method thereof and a solid state battery using the electrolyte. The sulfide precipitate has high ion conductivity, thereby being mass-produced at low cost.</p> |
