<p>In a lithium secondary battery according to one aspect of the present invention, an electrode laminate includes an anode, a cathode, and a separator. The laminate surface of the separator, the cathode, and the anode includes a curved surface. An opening part is sealed when the electrode laminate and an electrolyte are embedded in a battery case. At least one sealing part is bent toward the outer wall of a receiving part which receives the electrode laminate and the electrolyte when an outer circumference thereof is surrounded by an insulation member. A curve surface corresponding to the curved surface of the electrode laminate is formed on the receiving part.</p> |
