FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to an immunostimulatory composition containing a) an adjuvant component containing or consisting of at least one (m)RNA combined with a polycationic peptide or a protein, and b) at least one free mRNA coding at least one antigen with immunostimulatory composition being able to induce or improve the innate or optionally adaptive immune response in a mammal. The molar ration of (m)RNA of the adjuvant component a) to at least one free mRNA of the second component b) of the immunostimulatory composition falls within the range of approximately 0.001:1 to approximately 1:0.001. The immunostimulatory composition according to the present invention can be both a pharmaceutical composition, and a vaccine.
