The dustproof valve (10) contains output end (101) and moves relatively body (2) between the input closed position and output opened position. The dustproof valve (10) is made selectively moving to output: either to the first output position opening the input end (3), where output end (101) of the dustproof valve (10) does not push the input end (107) of the isolating valve (7), or to the second output position opening the output end (3), where the output end (101) of the dustproof valve (10) pushes the input end (107) of the isolating valve (7) movable for contact movement of the isolating valve (7) to the output opened position.
