<p>The present invention relates to a method of providing a video service. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method of providing the video service comprise the steps of: receiving, by a service server for providing the video service, a video from a user terminal subscribed to the service server, through a transmitting/receiving unit; extracting, by a bit rate extraction unit of the service server, a bit rate value of the video from the video; comparing, by a bit rate conversion unit of the service server, the bit rate value with a reference value; and encoding, by the bit rate conversion unit, the video to make the bit rate value of the video the same as the preset bit rate conversion value, when the bit rate value exceeds the reference value, and storing the encoded video in a memory unit of the service server.</p> |
