FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: apparatus consists of upper and lower jaw bases. The upper jaw base comprises two saw-cuts. The saw-cuts start at the level of a distal surface of pointed teeth and divide the upper jaw base on front and side sectors coupled by sector jack-screws. The bases are provided with occlusal onlays on the teeth; the upper jaw base has the onlay on all the premolars, whereas the lower jaw base - on the second premolars and molars; there are parallel adjoining inclination planes extending bottom up and backwards. A back border of the upper jaw base extends at 1.5-2.0 cm from crown necks and shaped after an upper dental arch. The saw-cuts are straight all the way through, extend backwards and to the centre and end at the level of the first premolars. The front and side sectors are coupled by the sector jack-screws in the middle of the saw-cuts. The upper jaw base comprises braced lip bandages armed in its back sector. The lower jaw base has a vestibular arch.EFFECT: apparatus enables optimising the growth of the underdeveloped jaw, restrains the growth of the lower jaw and enables adjusting the axial position of the lower incisors for achieving retrusion, increasing an oral volume enclosing a tongue.3 dwg
