FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: working member of a disk harrow comprises a pole, an axis with a flange, and a spherical disk with a bearing assembly. The bearing assembly is made as a cylindrical casing and is rigidly connected to the pole. The bearing's cylindrical casing enters the groove on the flange by its outer cylindrical surface and forms additional bend for labyrinth. A sealing ring is installed at the end of the additional bend on the cylindrical casing groove. The flange end face on the cylindrical casing side is cut by 75-80% at an angle of 35-45° to its axis. An inclined protrusion is provided on the cylindrical casing itself before the part entering the flange groove, the protrusion height on the flange side is by 2/3 times less than the flange height protruding beyond the cylindrical casing diameter, and on the other side it smoothly reaches the cylindrical casing diameter. A threaded cover is fixed on the cylindrical casing by folding a part of the threaded cover rib into the end face grooves of the cylindrical casing.EFFECT: higher durability and improved operating reliability of the working member.2 dwg |
