FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gas flow filtration. This method is intended for removing of dusty gas flow or that with fine solid particles from throat gas and/or offgas and/or gas outcoming from direct reduction of fusion reduction unit. It consists in that, first, gas flow is subjected to dry cleaning with the help of at least one dry filter. Note here that dust and/or fine substances are separated from gas flow for cleaned gas flow to be fed, at least partially, to carbon dioxide separator. Note also that carbon dioxide and, if required, water are removed to get, in fact, the gas product not containing said carbon dioxide and residual gas enriched in carbon dioxide. At least one portion of said gas product is forced into said dry filter at gage pressure of 1.5-12 bar, preferably, 2-6 bar, for blowing through of said dry filter and for removal of filter cake.EFFECT: safe and reliable process.7 cl, 1 dwg, 1 tbl |
