FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: device contains lifting gear with carriage to move the article from the well, article clamping device, cutting gear, container for article fragments loading. The lifting gear carriage is located in the well above the article, and above the well the clamping device is installed, it is equipped with synchronously protracting rods clamping the article side surface during cutting. The cutting gear is located above the clamping device, and above it the rotating gear with clamp of the cut-off article fragment is installed, it ensures the fragment holding during cutting and its further movement to the container. The cutting gear is equipped with swing saw having narrow cutting blade and drive of saw circular feed, that ensure simultaneous reciprocating and circulation movement of the blade. At that drive of the saw circular feed has a roller for spring loading of the free blade edge, and plate shutter located in the cut plane with clearance along the entire blade length.EFFECT: possibility to handle complicated multicomponent long article with increased lateral dimensions, possibility to sort fragments as per components with loading in separate container.4 cl, 5 dwg |
