The core has a panel (2) including magnetic pole elements (6) arranged opposite to an annular yoke (4), and a series of orifices (12) for receiving a magnet between the yoke and one of the pole elements. The pole elements are connected in pairs to the yoke near one of ends (14) of a circumferential part (16) of the pole elements by a support arm (10). Each orifice is opened from a side of the end of the circumferential part of the pole elements. Resin is molded on a stack of the panel. An independent claim is also included for a method for fabrication of a magnetic core of a rotating electric machine.
