FIELD: electricity.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to thermal electricity. The invention concept is as follows: thermoelectric element is equipped with at least one thermocouple (1), which has n-doped and p-doped thermocouple wires (3a, 3b) made of semiconductor material. The thermocouple wires (3a, 3b) lie between hot and cold sides (19, 20) of the thermoelectric element. The thermoelectric element includes a carrier (8), at that the carrier (8) has the first part (10) and the second part (11) with high thermal conductivity. The first and second parts (10, 11) of the carrier are separated from each other by a section (12) having thermal conductivity less than conductivity of the parts (10, 11). The thermocouple wires (3a, 3b) at the carrier (8) lie between the first and second parts (10, 11) of the carrier and cover the section (12) with less thermal conductivity. One of the carrier parts (11) forms the hot side while the other part of the carrier (10) forms the cold side of the thermoelectric element. The thermocouple wires (3a, 3b) are deposited to the substrate (2) with low conductivity. The substrate (2) with surface having thermocouple wires (3a, 3b) is imposed to the carrier (8).EFFECT: high specific power rating at sufficient mechanical stability.19 cl, 7 dwg |
