FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: in the third trimester of gestation, anti-CMVI antibody titre, erythrocyte adenosine triphosphate and actine are measured. In case of CMVI aggravation to the antibody titre 1:1600, a decrease of erythrocyte ATP to 0.40±0.02 mcmole/l, a decrease of erythrocyte actine to 8.24±0.09% as compared to the reference of 9.30±0.08%, erythrocyte deformability to 0.04±0.0002 standard units is stated that creates a threat of tissue hypoxia in the pregnant woman's body.EFFECT: lower erythrocyte deformability leads to their obstruction through narrow capillaries of the tissue systems that creates a threat of tissue hypoxia. |
