摘要 FIELD: instrumentation.SUBSTANCE: this radio probe buoy comprises gas filled shell 1. Instrument unit is secured to said shell by sling 2 and comprises electrically connected upper instrument unit (container 3) secured over said sling 2, primarily, nearby shell 1 and lower instrument unit (container 4) secured to lower end of sling 2. Said probe comprises wing 5 secured at said sling, preferably, at its top part, above upper instrument unit 3. Wing 5 is installed so that its position is locked relative to axis of tensioned sling 2. The latter extends through said wing while this wing is locked from below and above by braces 6. Wing 5 can be shaped to one airfoil of preset shape or as several airfoils secured one above the other. Lower instrument unit 4 can incorporate one structural element, for example like one floating streamlined instrument container, or can include several structural elements connected by resilient link, for example, as submerged instrument bunch of transducers, or as several floating streamlined instrument containers interconnected by cable-rope. Probe buoy allows one important oceanographic property, that is, the automatic limitation of free drift in height as well as increased drift speed and maximum approximation of drift speed to wind speed. This allows the research of medium parameters to high precision, particularly, in the case of application of Lagrange measurement process. It allows transmission of data from hurricane areas wherein the presence of ships is unwanted while wherein analysis of turbulent boundary layer ocean-atmosphere is of high scientific interest.EFFECT: higher accuracy of determination.1 cl, 4 dwg
