FIELD: oil-and-gas industry.SUBSTANCE: starter clutch with the valve is placed in a tubing string and is designed as an axisymmetric hollow body of rotation with a thread on the ends in the sidewall of which a valve is mounted. The valve contains a housing, a retainer, a seat with a central hole and a locking element designed as a rigid sphere with a possibility of its movement in the cylindrical channel interconnecting an internal cavity of the clutch with annular space. The parts of the cylindrical channel facing towards annular space and the internal cavity of the starter clutch are designed with diameters, smaller than the sphere diameter. The part of the cylindrical channel facing towards the internal cavity of the starter clutch is interconnected with it by means of the additional channels made along on the periphery of the cylindrical channel. The part of the central hole of a seat adjoining an retainer is designed with a diameter, smaller than the sphere diameter, and the seat of the stop valve is made of elastomeric material.EFFECT: higher reliability of valve operation.3 cl, 3 dwg |
