FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: device to fix non-rigid workpieces comprises a casing fitted by a supporting surface aimed at the installation of a workpiece by its base surface and its further fixation. It is fitted by supports which are mounted in the casing, able of contacting with the base surfaces of the workpiece and are spring-loaded in relation to the casing. There is a groove in the supports and one of its surfaces is inclined, the device is equipped by a mechanism to fix the supports in working position, the mechanism is made as movable wedges which are installed in the casing and are spring-loaded in respect to the latter. Every wedge can interact with the inclined surface of the support's groove and is fitted by a roller. The device is equipped by a ring mounted on the casing, able of rotation in respect to it, and spring-loaded in respect to the casing. The ring is provided with grooves having inclined surface being in contact with the wedge rollers.EFFECT: increased efficiency.5 dwg |
