<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary electric machine in which waterproofness is improved so as to prevent foreign objects such as water from intruding from the exterior.SOLUTION: A sensor stator 27 fastened to a sensor attachment plate 28 of a rotor position detection sensor is fitted in a hollow cylinder part 2a formed at a rear bracket of a rotary electric machine and a sensor rotor 26 is disposed at a position facing an inner surface of the sensor stator 27. A packing 29 having a rib 29b seals a space between a rear side end surface of the hollow cylinder part 2a and the sensor attachment plate 28 so as to prevent foreign objects such as water from intruding from the exterior.</p> |
