<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge the range of choice of a program for teaching material and effectively perform language learning at low cost.SOLUTION: A video output device capable of outputting an image, a voice relating to the image, and a subtitle relating to the voice comprises: a program information acquisition unit which acquires the image, the voice, the subtitle, image timing information indicating output timing to output the image, and voice timing information indicating output timing to output the voice; a video output unit which respectively outputs the image and the voice acquired by the program information acquisition unit, in accordance with the output timing indicated by the image timing information and that indicated by the voice timing information; and subtitle output unit which outputs the subtitle acquired by the program information acquisition unit, with timing different from corresponding timing when the subtitle has to be outputted in correspondence with the image or the voice.</p> |
