<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine starter capable of eliminating cranking by itself.SOLUTION: Before a stop of an engine 2, an output power of a starter 5 is converted into elastic energy, which is stored in an energy storage device 13. Then, at a start of the engine 2, the elastic energy stored in the energy storage device 13 is converted into motive power, which is transmitted to an E/G output shaft 3 so as to effect cranking of the engine 2. This eliminates cranking by the starter 5.</p> |
