<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen printing mask capable of preventing a bend, a wrinkle and a crack from being generated.SOLUTION: The screen printing mask comprises: a base part forming a base portion of the screen printing mask; a thin film part formed by fixing a mesh on the whole surface of the base part; a thick film part formed by embedding the mesh of a predetermined area in the thin film part by another member to a height nearly equal to that of the mesh surface; a plurality of openings provided in the base part of the thin film part on the side of the thin film part; and a plurality of openings provided through the base part of the thick film part, the mesh and the embedded other member on the side of the thick film part.</p> |
