[Problem] To dynamically change the screen layout of a multi-viewpoint moving image. [Solution] A viewing action history transmission means (11) transmits, to a delivery computer (2), a viewing action history relating to reproduced multi-viewpoint moving image data. A user-by-user viewing action history reception means (7) of the delivery computer (2) receives, from a terminal computer, a viewing operation history that is a viewing action history concerning a delivered multi-viewpoint moving image, and a user-by-user viewing action history storage means (6) stores this viewing operation history on a user-by-user basis. When delivering the multi-viewpoint moving image data to some user, a delivery means (5) delivers the multi-viewpoint moving image data obtained by changing the screen layout of the multi-viewpoint moving image data to be transmitted with reference to another user's viewing action history stored in the user-by-user viewing action history storage means (6).
