摘要 <p>If a high reduction gear ratio air flow control valve of the present invention rotates by a motor shaft when a motor (40) is driven, the rotation of the motor (40) is converted into an input reduction gear ratio having a specific reduction gear ratio. The input reduction gear ratio is converted into an intermediate reduction gear ratio higher than the specific reduction gear ratio. A planet gear motor (30) which is made of a planet gear set (50) in which the intermediate reduction gear ratio is converted into an output reduction gear ratio of an output angle of 0.1°is additionally included. Therefore, air back pressure amounts inserted into a fuel battery stack is controlled precisely with a precise angle control of 0.1°and less. Moreover, the unwished return of a value is prevented without a return spring and a rachet tool and the position of the valve is maintained. Especially, the introduction of moist air can be blocked by sealing an air route by using oil seals (91, 93) and the difficulty of chilling startup can be solved without a heater. The operation stability of the fuel battery stack can be improved highly by detecting a failure rapidly accurately by using a permanent magnet (81) and a magnetic field sensor (83).</p>
