<p>Provided is a light emitting diode package with improved light extraction efficiency. The light emitting diode package comprises: a first conductive semiconductor layer; a second conductive semiconductor layer arranged on the first conductive semiconductor layer; an active layer arranged between the first conductive semiconductor layer and the second conductive semiconductor layer; and a dielectric layer arranged under the first conductive semiconductor layer, wherein the dielectric layer has a multilayer structure in which a first dielectric layer having a relatively low refractive index and a second dielectric layer having a relatively high refractive index are alternately stacked, and the distance between the active layer and the dielectric layer is mλ/4n, where n is an effective refractive index of mediums arranged between the active layer and the dielectric layer, and m is a natural number.</p> |
