PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent abrasion loss at the extremity end of one split blade from increasing more than that of the another split blade in a multi-cylinder rotary compressor having split blades for compartmenting an inside region of each of cylinder chambers into a suction chamber and a compression chamber.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a multi-cylinder rotary compressor 4 in which a compression mechanism 11 has two compression elements 16a, 16b in an axial direction of a rotary shaft 12, the compression elements have blades for compartmenting inside regions of cylinder chambers 19a, 19b into suction chambers and a compression chambers, respectively, and the rotary shaft 12 is supported by paired bearings 18a, 18b at both sides of the compression mechanism 11. Each of the blades sets is constituted of two split blades 22, 23 that are stacked in an axial direction of the rotary shaft 12, one split blades set is pushed by a spring 24 at extremity ends of the blades in such a direction as one in which the split blades are abutted against an outer circumferential surface of a roller 21a, and the another, against a roller 21b, and a hardness of the extremity end of one split blade 22 of the two split blades positioned on the bearing side is higher than a hardness of the extremity end of the another split blade 23. |
