PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform PRACH transmission in consideration of a coverage expansion.SOLUTION: A radio communication terminal to which the coverage expansion is applied includes a transmitter unit for transmitting a random access preamble using a radio resource determined to each radio communication terminal to which the coverage expansion is applied. The radio resource determined to the radio communication terminal to which the coverage expansion is applied is different from a radio resource determined to a radio communication terminal to which the coverage expansion is not applied, in one of a time zone, a frequency band and a series, or the combination thereof.
