PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine in which plural medicines are combined, having excellent effects of prevention/therapy of diabetes, diabetes-related diseases or diabetes complications and having no adverse effects.SOLUTION: A medicine is obtained by combining (A) a 1-thio-D-glucitol compound represented by the formula (I) like (1S)-1,5-anhydro-1-[5-(4-ethoxybenzyl)-2-methoxy-4-methylphenyl]-1-thio-D-glucitol with (B) one or more selected from a biguanide drug, an insulin secretion promoter, an insulin sensitivity potentiator, an insulin, a dipeptidyl peptidase IV inhibitor, an α-glucosidase inhibitor and a GLP-1 agonist. |
