PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrification heating type catalyst device suppressing the occurrence of cracks on a fixing layer by suppressing the occurrence of a clearance between an SiC catalyst carrier and an electrode.SOLUTION: An electrification heating type catalyst device 100 comprises a ceramic carrier 20 carried with a catalyst and an electrode 30 formed on the surface of the carrier. The electrode 30 includes: a ground layer 31 formed on the surface of a unit; a metal foil 32 disposed on the ground layer 31; and a fixing layer 33 being sprayed on the metal foil 32 to be a circular shape and fixing the metal foil 32 to the ground layer 31. The metal foil 32 has a plurality of circular holes 331 at an overlapped part to the fixing layer.
