PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container-packaged beverage to be heated for sale in a heated state (50 to 70°C), containing components to be deteriorated by heat, of which the temperature deterioration can be effectively inhibited with minimal influence on the flavor of the beverage.SOLUTION: A pressurized carbon dioxide gas is fed in the container-packaged beverage to be heated for sale containing components to be deteriorated by heat, so as to have a gas pressure in the container of 0.05 MPa or more when measured at 20°C. Consequently the temperature deterioration of the container-packaged beverage to be heated for sale can be inhibited. |
