PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a pre-emphasis signal at a fast rate.SOLUTION: A main-signal amplifying circuit 110 connects a light-emitting element 141 that is a load to one output terminal 132, and has a differential pair 111 and 112 switching an output current and current sources 115 and 116 adjusting an amplitude of a DC current to the load. A pre-emphasis generating circuit 120 switches the output current, and has a differential pair 121 and 122 connected to the current sources 115 and 116. The main-signal amplifying circuit 110 and the pre-emphasis generating circuit 120 are coupled with capacitors 151 and 152. |
