PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print controller capable of enhancing the accuracy for allocating a print job to a printer in order to finish the printing based on the print job quickly in an environment where various print settings are made.SOLUTION: A print controller of the present invention includes: print performance storage means for storing a print setting for instructing a print method and a print speed in association with each other; preparation time storage means for storing preparation time that is the time required of each of a plurality of printers to be a state in which the printer can print new print data; and print allocation means for determining at least a printer, to which print data is allocated, among the plurality of printers, so that the total of print time required of the allocated printer to print the allocated print data, which is calculated on the basis of the print speed associated with the print setting related to the print data, and the preparation time of the allocated printer satisfies a prescribed criterion. |
