PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drum-type washing machine capable of washing with a large flow rate.SOLUTION: In a drum-type washing machine including a circulation pump sucking water from an outer tub and circulating the water toward the inside of a drum, a water storage tank is provided in the middle of a piping route from the bottom part of the outer tub to the circulation pump. The washing operation of the drum-type washing machine includes: a first washing operation in which water is circulated by the circulation pump without passing through the water storage tank; and a second washing operation in which water is circulated by the circulation pump while passing through the water storage tank. The revolution speed of the circulation pump in the second washing operation is set higher than the revolution speed of the circulation pump in the first washing operation. |
