<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an airtight terminal capable of reducing electric heating while ensuring mechanical strength of a lead material.SOLUTION: In an airtight terminal 10 including a metal outer ring 12, a lead-out lead 13 inserted into the metal outer ring, and an insulation glass 14 for sealing the inner wall of the metal outer ring and the external diameter of the lead-out lead, the lead-out lead is obtained by providing the lead base material 15 of structural material with a film-like lead coating layer 16 composed of a low resistance metal material. The lead coating layer may use a low resistance metal material selected from a group of silver, copper, aluminum or silver alloys, copper aloys, aluminum alloys.</p> |
