PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of generating steam from hot waste water of 50-100°C, and capable of continuously generating steam with consumption energy less than discard of the hot waste water by using a cooling tower or the like.SOLUTION: A steam generation device includes: a zeolite storage unit in which zeolite is filled; a hot water supply unit that supplies hot water of 50-100°C to the zeolite storage unit; a steam discharge unit that discharges steam generated by adsorbing the hot water to the zeolite in the zeolite storage unit; and a dry air supply unit that supplies dry air with a dew point of -20°C or less to the zeolite storage unit, and desorbs absorption water adsorbed to the zeolite to regenerate the zeolite.
