<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitive input device configured to prevent false detection even if noise is generated.SOLUTION: An input device includes: an input section 1 having a plurality of capacitance detection sections 1a and used by an operation body for proximity operation; a capacitance measurement section 2 which measures capacitance for each capacitance detection section 1a and outputs measured capacitance values as data; and a control section 3 which acquires the capacitance value in association with the capacitance detection section 1a, updates a base value by use of the capacitance value, and determines whether a difference between the capacitance value and the base value has exceeded a predetermined threshold, to detect an operation. The control section 3 determines whether there is noise, on the basis of the difference between the capacitance value and the base value, sets a first weight as a weight for weight averaging which updates the base value when absence of noise is determined, and sets a second weight larger than the first weight, as a weight for weighted averaging which updates the base value, or suspends updating when presence of noise is determined.</p> |
