<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a half continuous culture method capable of isolating the fungus body from culture solution and efficiently recovering the product material.SOLUTION: Bacteria are cultured in culture solution 2 housed in culture tank 3, the culture solution 2 extracted from the culture tank 3 is filtered to recover a product material in which bacteria are produced as a filtered material, and filtrate is circulated into the culture tank 3. A hollow cylindrical filter 4 disposed in the culture tank 3 is rotated around an axis, the culture solution 3 is allowed to flow in parallel with the filter 4, a fungus body of 50 to 90 mass % is isolated out of fungus body contained in the culture solution 2 by performing cross-flow filtration, and the culture solution 2 containing residual fungus body is filtered by filtration means 5 to recover the product material in which bacteria are produced.</p> |
