The actuator (50) is movable relative to the main body (2) between a first position and a second position. The clamp portion (30) is pivotably connected to the main body. The actuator actuates the clamp portion such that the clamp portion pivots relative to the main body between a retracted position when the actuator is in the first position and a deployed position when the actuator is in the second position. |
