The present invention relates to a device and a system for controlling an amount of medicinal fluids and aqueous solutions injected by a drop method caused by potential energy of the aqueous solutions. More specifically, the system hinge-combines and folds a first closure in which a first accommodation unit penetrated from one side to the other side is formed, and a second closure in which a second accommodation unit penetrated from one side to the other side is formed. The first closure or the second closure comprises a driving unit pressurizing bore of a hose and controlling an amount of the dropped drug, and a sensing unit sensing a number of the dropped drug of a chamber accommodated inside the first accommodation unit and the second accommodation unit when folding, and allows medicinal fluids to drop with uniform speed and amount by controlling the driving unit based on information obtained through the sensing unit. |
