PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which it has been difficult to easily perform a transaction of a financial product having extremely small risk heretofore.SOLUTION: A server device includes: a server reception part receiving a user order that is an instruction of purchase or sale of a financial product whose value fluctuates, is the instruction of the purchase or the sale of the financial product based on a first value, and is the instruction to make settlement when it has become a settlement deadline that is a predetermined deadline from a terminal device; a present value acquisition part acquiring a present value that is the value of the financial product of time indicated by the settlement deadline when it has become the settlement deadline corresponding to the user order received by the server reception part; a determination part comparing the first value and the present value of the financial product corresponding to the user order, and determining whether or not a user benefits; and a settlement part making the settlement based on the present value when the determination part has determined that the user benefits, and does not make the settlement based on the present value when the determination part has determined that the user loses. By the server device, a transaction of the financial product having extremely small risk can be easily performed. |
