PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting control system capable of reducing the glare of a user when the brightness around the user changes.SOLUTION: A lighting control system includes an illuminance sensor 4 for detecting the brightness of a given space by the illumination light emitted from an illumination section 1, a storage section 6 for storing a database describing the relation of the level information sectioning the detectable brightness into a plurality of ranges, and the upper limit value of the brightness in the given space associated with each level information, and a control section 2 for adjusting the brightness in the given space by controlling the illumination section 1. The control section 2 controls the brightness in the given space so as not to exceed the upper limit of brightness corresponding to the level information including the brightness detected by the illuminance sensor 4, with reference to the database stored in the illuminance sensor 4. |
