<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooler the cooling performance of which can be enhanced efficiently, by regulating the flow of cooling medium so as to pass between the fins.SOLUTION: A cooler includes a first coolant passage formation member, a second coolant passage formation member provided to face the first coolant passage formation member, cooperating with the first coolant passage formation member to form a coolant passage, and provided with a plurality of first fins and a plurality of second fins on the first side surface facing the first coolant passage formation member, and protrusions formed on the surface in the first coolant passage formation member facing the second coolant passage formation member, and facing the fin non-formation region between the first fin and second fin in the second coolant passage formation member.</p> |
