<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an efficient heat exchanging operation even in the case where at least one of the two types of fluid to be heat exchanged accompanies with phase changing state between gas and liquid at a heat exchanger.SOLUTION: In this invention, several heat transfer plates 1, 2 vertically arranged are stacked up, a space between the adjoining heat transfer plates 1, 2 is applied as a fluid flow passage and they are assembled in such a way that two types of fluid to be heat exchanged flow in the fluid flow passage. A part between the heat transfer plates 1, 2 where at least one fluid of the two types of fluid passes is divided into upper areas 7, 8 and lower areas 9, 10. Then, at least lower area, concave or convex (herringbone 12 and dimple 11) is formed at the heat transfer plates 1, 2 and at the upper area, there is provided a heat transfer surface enlarged member (waveform fin 3) different from the heat transfer plates 1, 2.</p> |
