<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member for an electrical connection which is reduced in contact resistance and used for mechanical fastening.SOLUTION: An aluminum alloy-made member for electrical connection is used for electrical connection with a member to be fastened by mechanical fastening. A arithmetic average roughness Ra and an average length RSm on the contact surface with the member to be fastened satisfies a relation specified by 20<RSm-21×ln(Ra)<40 (1) (where, Ra is less than 10μm and RSm is less than 100μm). The mechanical fastening can be performed by stopping of a bolt, stopping of a rivet or caulking. The contact surface is obtained by blast treatment.</p> |
