In this bio-information measurement device and bio-information measurement method, first and second pulse wave signals are acquired by shining first and second lights respectively on first and second measurement positions of a living body that differ from each other and receiving the respective lights passing through or reflected by the body, and the cardiac output of the body is calculated as bio-information on the basis of said first and second pulse wave signals. Such a bio-information measurement device and bio-information measurement method make it possible to continuously monitor changes in cardiac output using a simple device.
