The present invention relates to a method for preparing high-strength nanofibers using microwave heating and, more particularly, to a method for preparing nanofibers capable of improving the strength of the nanofibers by irradiating the nanofibers prepared through an electrospinning method with microwaves under moist or wet conditions to form a bonding structure of adjacent nanofibers or to induce the recrystallization of a polymer chain, and by removing a residual solvent and byproducts remaining in the electrospun nanofibers.
