<p>The present invention relates to a switching mode power supply. The switching mode power supply according to the present invention comprises a power supplying direct current voltage of a certain level; a transformer converting direct current voltage of a certain level supplied from power into direct current voltage of different level; a switch device controlling current flowing on a primary coil of the transformer; multiple semiconductor devices rectifying voltage (induced electromotive force) induced to a secondary coil of the transformer; and a snubber device making impedance of the multiple semiconductor devices be same. According to the present invention like same, impedance of each semiconductor device is adjusted to be same by installing snubber capacitor in parallel on multiple semiconductor devices (diodes) respectively, thereby balancing voltage stress of the semiconductor devices.</p> |
