<p>The present invention provides a method which cuts a portion of glutamate decarboxylase (gadB) derived from Pyrococcus and ompC, outer-membrane protein of colon bacillus, fuses the cut resultant to be over-expressed on a surface of cell, and cultures the over-expressed resultant in a medium having an added precursor to be bio-converted, thereby increasing the production of GABA.
