<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus for measuring the level of molten iron using a radar leveler, which measures the level of molten iron with a radar leveler using electromagnetic waves having a relatively short wavelength, thereby improving measuring reliability. According to the present invention, the apparatus for measuring the level of molten iron using a radar leveler comprises: a pair of base members installed on the floor in a parallel manner; a plurality of column members standing upright on the base members at intervals; a pair of left and right roller supports separately fixated to the top of the two column members lined up in the longitudinal direction; a plurality of guide rollers installed on the inner side of each roller support to be rotated around an axis; a radar leveler to measure the level of molten iron using microwaves; a transport member on the top of which the radar leveler is mounted and on both sides of which a groove-shaped rail is formed to be engaged with the guide rollers to move the radar leveler back and forth; a power supply device to supply power for moving the transport member back and forth; an air cooling unit using a cooling device; and a dust removal device using compressed air.</p> |
