PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current measurement device capable of measuring a current flowing through the inside of a fuel cell while suppressing an increase in the thickness in a laminating direction of a cell in the fuel cell.SOLUTION: The current measurement device comprises: a measurement unit 61 including a resistance part 611 having a predetermined electric resistance value and a couple of collectors 612, 613 for extracting a potential difference generated by a current flowing through the resistance part 611; a potential difference detection circuit 62 that is connected to a couple of the collectors 612, 613 and that detects a potential difference occurring at the resistance part 611; and a current detection circuit 63 for detecting a current flowing through the inside of a fuel cell 10. The measurement unit 61 is disposed so as to be integrated with one separator 130 of a couple of separators 120, 130. The couple of collectors 612, 613 are disposed so as to be overlapped with the resistance part 611 when viewed from a direction orthogonal to a lamination direction of a cell 100.
