PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a page site server or the like capable of immediately displaying a remarked portion which anyone is interested in about page content.SOLUTION: A page site server is configured to communicate with a comment server, and to make a reply with page content including a text in response to a page acquisition request from a terminal. The page site server includes: comment collection search means for searching a comment collection related to the page content from the comment server; feature word extraction means for extracting a feature word which frequently appears under predetermined conditions, and which is described in the text of the page content from the comment collection related to the page content; feature word search means for searching the appearance portion of the feature word in the page content; and browsing portion display means for displaying the page content to be displayed at the terminal such that the appearance portion of the feature word is browsed by a user.
